Higgins Floors & More operates out of Whitewright, Texas and serves an area that covers Grayson, Fannin, Collin, and Bryan County Oklahoma. Previously known as Simpson’s Flooring, Hearth and Home as a flooring store in downtown Whitewright, new owners Kevin and Tammy Higgins decided in January 2012 to close the old brick and mortar location to better serve the needs of our customers. Think of us as a hybrid company. We are still a flooring and fireplace retailer that offers carpet, hardwood, and vinyl, laminate, luxury vinyl plank as well as Lennox and American Hearth fireplaces. But we are also a contractor that works to meet your home or business remodeling or maintenance needs. We offer roofing, drywall, painting, fences, gutter cleaning and more. And what may be the best part of our retail work is that you don’t have to drive anywhere – we’ll come to you with the samples. But if you still prefer to browse through our flooring samples you can see them inside the Furniture Mart located at 105 S. Bond Street in downtown Whitewright, TX.
